The Challenge of Product Development
Monrose Services understands the challenge of product development. Our experience in embedded systems design has helped us gain an insight into managing the parallel development of complex hardware and software.
The kinds of service offered are summarised below, but because every client's circumstances are different it is always best to contact us to discuss individual requirements.

Project Planning and Management |
We will set up and manage the project. |

Project Assessment and Risk Analysis |
We examine a client's current project or project proposal and produce a report containing observations and recommendations. |

Coaching and Support |
Using telephone, e-mail and site visits, we support a client's software team leaders or project managers to help them achieve a successful outcome to their projects. |

Process Improvements |
We will review existing procedures and assist the client in identifying and prioritising opportunities for improvement. |

Troubleshooting |
We investigate ailing projects and offer support and advice. |
Working Method
After discussing the client's requirements, we prepare a Proposal for an appropriate number of consultancy days. This will state the purpose of additional site visits and specify the contents of any reports or other deliverables.
Clients may wish to arrange for regular or occasional visits to review the progress of a project, in which case we can offer 'block bookings' of consultancy days to be used as required.

All clients are invited to accept a copy of our short guide to Managing Embedded Software Development, written with new software team leaders and project managers particularly in mind. Everything in the Guide is based on practical experience gained on actual projects.
